The “Levantecon” is the italian Convention dedicated to Science, Science Fiction, Comics&Games. In this page you will find the latest “News” about the Convention. In the above menu you can find the links concerning every aspect of the “Levantecon” which is the most important themed convention in Europe. The convention is entirely free to visit with free access to all the related events inside, and it’s held annually in Bari. This important event is framed inside the wonderful “Sheraton Nicolaus Hotel”.

The Organizing Committee announces that in the winners page you can find pictures of the ceremony of the Jules Verne Contest. Soon all the informations, photo and video galleries of the edition 2012 just ended, will be available in the Past Editions page of the competition. Some videos are already available on the LevanteCon You Tube Channel.

The Organizing Committee announced that "Past Editions" page of the site, where you can find the material on the edition of 2012, has been updated. In the section you will find photos, movies and all the material of the fourth edition of the national convention of science, scifi, comics and games. Recall that on Deviant Art and You Tube profiles have been loaded videos and other images.
The Literary Contest Awards section will also be published soon. In few weeks the convention site will have the new graphic layout for the edition of 2013, the fifth, of the national convention.

Convention: Results

Sunday evening ended the fourth edition of LevanteCon. Even this year was a public success that has seen over 2200 attendance. But the success of the event has been showed also by a number of important factors and, above all, the appreciation of the fans themselves. We want to thank everyone who came to the convention and were immersed for one day, in this particular atmosphere. Thank you! A heartfelt thanks to all those who, together with the Association of Jules Verne, spared no effort in building this convention: Parco Astronomico Sidereus, Stargate Italian Fanclub, Momiji, USS Nautilus Club, Hamelin, Guerre del Caos, Stargateonline and GundamCore. In the coming days and weeks will be updated various sections with pictures and illustrations of this edition. So always visit the site. The LevanteCon thanks again everyone and gives the appointment of a new edition to ... 2013! Engage!

The 2012 edition of Levantecon, after the success of the previous one which was visited by more than 2200 persons, takes shape with its new website. A restyling due and wanted in order to insert and integrate, in the existing rich program, the other events that make the convention much more interesting. Also, in order to accommodate the non Italian persons, the English version of the website is now available. Levantecon’s 2012 website is the first phase of a long project which will see the Convention with new scenographic projects and important contents. As well as a relevant parterre of guests. The 2012 edition of Levantecon will be as much important and beautiful as the previous ones.
